Booking tickets is built directly into the platform, ensuring a hassle-free experience. Users can browse an event, select tickets, and complete the payment — all within the app. Each ticket comes with a unique QR code, making entry fast and contactless.
Public and Private Events #
EventZo supports both public events, which are open for all to discover and attend, and private events, which are restricted to a selected audience. This makes it ideal for everything from public festivals to exclusive corporate parties. Private events remain hidden from the public feed and can only be accessed through direct invites or organizational access.

For companies, EventZo doubles as a dedicated internal event management system. Employees can RSVP directly from their app, and attendance is tracked digitally at the event itself.

By becoming an EventZo Agent, local users can upload genuine, verified events happening in their communities. Every ticket sold through these listings earns the Agent a commission, helping both the community and the Agent.
The Agent Dashboard allows users to:
- Upload and manage local event listings.
- Track ticket sales from their events.
- See real-time commission earnings and withdraw balances.
Interactive Event Pages #
Each event page becomes a mini-community space where attendees and organizers can interact before, during, and after the event. Users can post questions, share updates, and leave reviews after the event ends. Organizers can also post important announcements directly on the page.
Smart Notifications #
Timely notifications keep everyone in the loop. EventZo ensures users receive reminders for upcoming events, updates about schedule changes, and personalized suggestions for future events they might like.
QR Code Entry #
Every ticket issued by EventZo comes with a unique QR code, making check-in quick and easy. Organizers can scan these codes at the venue using the EventZo organizer app, updating attendance records instantly without manual checklists.
Vendor Marketplace (Coming Soon) #
To further support organizers, EventZo is building an integrated Vendor Marketplace, allowing hosts to find and book essential services — from photographers and caterers to DJs and decorators — all directly through the platform.
Real-Time Analytics and Reports #
EventZo provides detailed performance insights for both public and private events.
